DRAINAGE
Ausdrain modular, EnviroModule, Delta NP, TurfPave grass pavers, filter sleeve
Ausdrain, a modular system which is lightweight. Quickly installed, this permanent product won't clog. Made from recycled polypropylene.
Supplied for vertical applications where walls are in contact with earth, horizontal applications such as planter boxes and roof gardens, stormwater modules for rainwater harvesting, infiltration systems, etc.
Delta NP is a dimpled sheeting with geotextile backing designed for vertical walls as a barrier between aggregate and wall.
TurfPave is a grass paver, made from recycled polypropylene, with an extremly high compressive strength making them ideal for parking areas.
Filter Sleeve is a geotextile sock designed to prevent fines from entering drainage coil.

Ausdrain Modules provide a permanent non-clogging void between the building structure and the soil profile allowing an undisrupted flow of excess water to designated outlets.
The smooth surface of the modules protects the waterproof membrane and the 30mm void enables efficient discharge of water and ventilation to the slab surface.

Basement Walls and Retaining Walls constructed underground come into contact with water conductive earth. Penetrating water has a tendency to find any possible points of weakness sometimes resulting in widespread and often irreparable damage.
The collection and build up of ground water also creates a great deal of hydrostatic pressure placing large stresses on wall structures. The Ausdrain Wall Drainage System provides the ultimate solution to these problems.
Vertical wall drain panels create a structural void between the wall and the backfilled area. Syntex geotextile surrounding the panels allows water to filter into the void, prevents sediment from entering the system and cushions the waterproof membrane.

Ausdrain® EnviroModules provide a simple, strong and effective solution to on-site stormwater management, septic tank dispersal and environmental management. The high compressive strength modular crates allow the construction of in-ground structures with minimum visual impact, but maximum effect and site utility.

Delta is an optimum internal drainage system for basement walls creating a capillary break and replacing sub-base in ground slab construction.
As waterproofing membrane protection of underground structures Delta acts as a barrier to give protection from the backfill. The dimples create a vapour and thermal insulation barrier in both internal walls and adjacent to waterproofing systems.

Turfpave is a tough product which provides architects and developers with a vehicle resistant grassed alternative to concrete, stones and asphalt pavements. Turfpave Grass Pavers are a permanent solution which provide a lightweight practical solutions, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly.
Turfpave Grass Pavers are quick to install and being light they require less handling and labour.
A geotextile filter sleeve made from knitted polyester designed to filter fines and sediment from perforated drainage coil and sub surface pipes. This product (FreeFlow) works extremely well and will greatly increase the service life of the drainage system.
Available in roll form and is fed onto the coil drain as it placed into the trench. It works by simply preventing fines from entering the perforations of the drain coil and clogging the system. Sediment is kept on the outside, allowing for colloidal particles to flow through the filter and be carried out. This maintains a high permeability of the drainage system, resulting in a drainage system which retains fines and sediment, and preventing pollution of the stormwater system.
FreeFlow meets RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) N.S.W. QA specification 3553 for seamless tubular filter fabric. This standard is currently accepted by Transit NZ.
Features:
Strength: A strong polyester knitted construction, resists tearing. The lock stitch manufacture prevents unravelling and resists laddering.
Lifespan: When installed underground FreeFlow has a life equal to the plastic pipe it is designed to protect. As it is not UV stabilised, FreeFlow is not designed to be used in an exposed application (approx 3 months direct UV life).
Lightweight: FreeFlow is very light and adds very little extra weight to a coil pipe system.
Installation: Designed to be installed on-site, fast and economically.
Physical Properties:
Sizes: (to fit pipe OD) x Roll Lengths: (50 - 65 mm) x 30 m, 50 m, 100 m, (100 - 110 mm) x 30 m, 100 m, (150 - 160 mm) x 45 m, 100 m
Material: Knitted polyester (PET) Weight: 118 g/ m² Water Flow Rate: 400 l/m²/sec.
